You're at a crossroads in your life and you're ready for a change. You want things to be different but you aren't quite sure where to start. Maybe you're at a point in your life where you're reexamining what's most important to you. You may be questioning if what you're doing and who you're being is in line with your values. You might also feel like you should be perfectly happy and satisfied because you have a good job, a great family, amazing friends, a nice home. But something is missing. The status quo is fine but suddenly 'fine' isn't cutting it for you anymore.
You're not alone. Many women, especially those of us in midlife, are realizing that our priorities have changed. We're in a new season of our lives, a new chapter in our book. Around middle age, many of us move into what psychologist Abraham Maslow called 'growth motivations' - we're motivated by the need to reach our full potential (aka: self-actualization).
You may have been perfectly happy working crazy long hours in your 20s, but now it's a complete drag. If you're a parent, you may be moving from 'intense mothering' where your kids depended on you for absolutely everything (wipe my butt! where's my snack?! don't let me fall over and crack my skull!) to feeling like you finally have a bit more time to focus on you. Or perhaps you're gearing up for a really big, scary change like a new career or starting your own business, but something is holding you back.

We'll work together to help you shift your mindset so you can move forward faster, make values-based decisions easier, and feel more confident setting boundaries. You'll learn how to take small, manageable steps (sometimes ridiculously tiny ones!) that lead to big changes.
The Mindshift Program
vision & values assessment
You'll get Vision and Values Assessment, a Personal Assessment Survey and a questionnaire to complete before your Discovery Session. These worksheets will get you started thinking about where you are right now, where you want to be, your vision and values, goals you want to achieve, and what areas of your life you may need to pay more attention to.
During this session, we'll get to know each other better. I'll explain how our coaching partnership works, how sessions are structured, what you can expect of me, and what I expect of you. We'll also go over your Vision and Values Assessment and Personal Assessment Survey. By the end of the session, we'll have a bespoke program in place just for you.
3 months of 1:1 COACHING
We'll meet one-on-one via Zoom every other week for 3 months (total of 6 sessions)
During our sessions, I'll do a lot of listening, ask questions to help you think differently and challenge assumptions, think outside the box, and help you explore all the possibilities - even the ones that seem crazy or too big or too scary. By the end of each session, you'll have action items to work, and questions to ponder, on between sessions to help you achieve your goals.
You'll have unlimited support from me between coaching sessions via email and phone.
You can shout out anytime. Whether you want to bounce an idea around or run through a scenario; share a breakthrough you've had or tell me about an accomplishment, I'll be there for you (these five words I swear to you, when you breathe, I wanna be the air for you - ha ha, a little Bon Jovi for ya!).
After your last coaching session, you can schedule a check-in session with me anytime within 6 months of the program end date.
We can talk about how you've been going, what's changed, what you're working on and what's next for you. Or you can use your check-in for a coaching session if you have a particular topic or issue you want to be coached on.

In this program, you'll:
Understand how your mindset - the thoughts, beliefs, and emotions you have that determine how you see yourself and the world - is the NUMBER ONE thing preventing you from moving forward.
Learn how to shift your mindset to recognize and manage self-limiting thoughts, long-held beliefs and emotions that are holding you back. You know the ones - guilt, self-doubt, fear, worrying about what other people will think. You'll also discover how to reframe and accept these thoughts and feelings without letting them serve as your compass.
Clearly define your vision and values and determine what's most important to you so you can make decisions easier and more confidently.
Cultivate more self-awareness so you can quickly recognize when your mindset is either helping or hindering you.
Move away from 'all or nothing' thinking - the inability to see alternatives in situations or choices. You'll learn how to explore all the possibilities, challenge your assumptions, change your perspectives, and redefine what's possible.
Challenge yourself to get out of your comfort zone and say to hell with the status quo. This is where real change happens.
Learn how to take small - sometimes ridiculously tiny - steps that will move you forward. Change is easier when the actions we have to take are manageable and not so overwhelming.
Celebrate failures and learn from mistakes. Going to the edge of your abilities, taking chances, making changes may not always turn out the way you planned. You'll discover how to accept when something isn't working out and adjust your course to get back on track.

What is Coaching?
Coaching is a partnership between you and me. You are the expert on yourself and your life. You already have the answers, I’ll help you uncover them.
My job is to listen to you, ask lots of questions, help you identify and manage self-limiting beliefs and thoughts (shift your mindset), and help you gain clarity around what’s most important in your life so you can make values-based decisions easier and with confidence. I'll challenge you to get out of your comfort zone. I may ask more of you than you ask of yourself.
Change is damn hard. It takes a lot of work and ongoing maintenance. I'm a realist and my coaching style is pragmatic, direct, no BS, no fluff. I borrow from neuroscience, psychology and behaviour change management techniques to help my clients create self-awareness, grow and make lasting changes.
I don't tell you what to do or give advice on what's best. Instead, we'll work together to help you arrive at your own solutions and strategies. I manage the process, you manage the progress and the outcomes.
